Meet Ms. Berrios

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! My name is Mrs. Guariglia (aka Ms. Berrios), a teacher for over 31 years.  I would like you to be aware of information which may help you with our daily routine. First, I do give homework. Homework plays a part of the students' grade(5%)/Classwork(includes participation)(35%), tests/projects/formal assessments, and quiz grades are also important(60%). 
 Every night the student should be studying the information gone over in class(homework). The classwork and homework given are a review of the concepts which will be on the next assessment. 
 Finally, I am here to help your child do the best they can. I believe they can achieve! If your child is able to study a little bit each night, the tests should be manageable. It is with help from home that we can succeed. I look forward to meeting everyone at future events. (This year's schedule: Algebra 2,Citizenship & Community Geometry, and World History).
